Rev. Marie E. Lang, is a Deacon in full connection with the South Indiana Conference. Rev. Lang joined the Foundation in August 2000 as Director of Asset Management Services. The Board named Rev. Lang Executive Director in October 2001. She brings to the Foundation both a background in local church administration and experience in investment analysis and portfolio management. A graduate of the Indiana University School of Business and Christian Theological Seminary, she holds certification as a Church Business Administrator from the General Council on Finance and Administration through the Candler School of Theology at Emory University. She is the 2006 – 2008 president of the National Association of United Methodist Foundations and serves on the United Methodist General Board of Church and Society.
Ms. Darcy Weaver, joined the Foundation in December 2001 as Director of Gift Planning. A graduate of the University of Alabama and of the Indiana University School of Law, Darcy has spent most of her career in non-profit administration and gift development. She is a member of the Indiana chapter of the National Society of Fund Raising Executives and the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis.
Mrs. Jennifer Weber, joined the Foundation in September of 2001 and is the Executive Assistant. Jenny graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is an active member of Greenwood United Methodist Church where she works extensively with the youth program. She is a member of the National Chapter and South Indiana Chapter of PAUMCS (Professional Association of United Methodist Church Secretaries).
Mr. Robert L. Sachs, II joined the Foundation in May 2002 and is the financial Administrator. A graduate of the University of Indianapolis, he is degreed in Economics and experienced in non-profit accounting. Bob has served the congregations of Roberts Park and St. Luke’s United Methodist and is a member of North United Methodist Church in Indianapolis.
Mrs. Kathy Marquart, joined the Foundation in October 2006 and is the Administrative Assistant. She is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology and a Master of Science. Kathy is a member of the National Chapter and South Indiana Chapter of PAUMCS (Professional Association of United Methodist Church Secretaries).
